Kimberly Grimm founded CLX to offer organizations and individuals a modern, relationship-driven alternative to traditional concierge and project services — one that values clarity, organization, and elite execution above all.
Her story
Two decades of operations, hospitality, and entrepreneurship.
Kimberly began her career at American Honda Motor Co., where she spent three years as an intern gaining hands-on experience in corporate operations and supply chain.
She later worked as a buyer for Toyota Motor Corporation and lived in Japan for three years supporting global businesses — an experience that shaped her instinct for cross-cultural communication and detail-driven execution.
After her corporate career, Kimberly founded and owned 2K, Inc, a specialty packaging and shipping company for art and antiques. Building and scaling that business gave her firsthand experience with the realities of running a company — balancing priorities and keeping operations moving without disruption.
In addition to her corporate and entrepreneurial background, Kimberly has extensive experience planning and executing nonprofit events. She is known for managing details behind the scenes while keeping the focus on impact, relationships, and a seamless guest experience.
She also holds her Life & Health Insurance licenses in Ohio and Michigan — further reinforcing her strengths in compliance, organization, and client-focused service.
